Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Exchange Policy (Within 14 Days)
All products purchased from Denmah.com.pk can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase only if:
- The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The item does not match the product description, specifications, or is different from what you ordered.
To request an exchange, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery by messaging us on WhatsApp at 03054576614.
At Denmah, every case is reviewed individually to ensure fairness for both the customer and our team.
Defected / Faulty Item Exchange
If you receive a defective, faulty, or damaged product, we will send a replacement.
You must share clear photographic or video proof of the issue on WhatsApp 03054576614 within 10 days before we can process your claim.
Cases Where Exchange Cannot Be Accepted
We will not be able to process an exchange in the following situations:
- Exchange request is made after the 14-day period.
- Product is damaged due to use, mishandling, or improper care.
- Product has been altered, washed, or tampered with.
- Any item is missing from the package, such as tags, labels, accessories, or original packaging.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and cancellation will no longer be possible.
Denmah reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Stock unavailability
- Payment issues
- Incorrect pricing or technical errors
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds.
Only exchange requests are accepted as per our policy.
